  • Accuratelyperforms complex and non-complex pension projections and final retirement calculations.

  • Responsiblefor troubleshooting, interpreting and correcting system generated errormessages in DB7 Participant Database.

  • Performsresearch on pension service, analyzes data and provides resolution to inquiriesreceived from participants, client and third parties.

  • Correctsparticipants’ data in the Participant Database.

  • PerformsUsers Acceptance and Production Testing on system upgrades to ensure outcome isaccurate.

  • Setupexecutive retirement payments in the Participant Database.

  • Conferswith technical analyst and team members to resolve uncommon issues.

  • Asnecessary, communicates complex research finding to participants using AvayaPhone System.

  • Processesand completes projects assigned by targeted dates.

  • Assiststhe team in meeting contractual and non-contractual service agreements bycompleting assigned transactions.
