Manager of Corporate Finance / Capital Markets

Position Summary: This position is responsible for developing a strategic view of capital structure, recommending actions to senior management and executing to achieve the targeted capital structure. This position will also support financial risk management activities, maintain relationships with external financing partners and rating agencies and is expected to work towards becoming a trusted business partner for the internal business groups, translating the corporate capital structure view to the business level and providing deal level support that enables success.

This role can expect to own all or part of the following Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Xerox Services bankers and evaluate pitches to develop recommendations.

  • Execute capital market transactions, when appropriate.

  • Develop and maintain FX risk management strategy (execution undertaken by Cash Operations team.)

  • Develop, maintain and execute interest rate risk management strategy.

  • Develop and support internal deal review process for treasury.

  • Work together with Credit Team to create streamlined treasury review process.

  • Maintain financial metric thresholds (WACC, ROIC, IRR, etc.) and ensure deal teams are modeling risk appropriately.

  • Develop and maintain framework to support financial requirements of international engagements.

  • Recommend strategies and execute of deal-level financing requirements.

  • Provide FP&A support relating to interest expense forecasting.

  • Provide support for internal controls related to debt covenant compliance and treasury policies.

  • Ad-hoc analysis and presentation development.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required and MBA desired

  • Prior experience in Corporate Treasury or Investment banking.

  • Strong financial analytical skills.

  • An understanding of Capital Markets, Accounting, Foreign Currency, Capital Structure optimization and leasing function in global organization helpful.

  • Must be a strategic thinker, clear communicator and team player.
